Engraving Process

We design each glass according to you. As soon as we get and process your order, we select the glass you chose and engrave it in industrial engraving machines. The name is engraved into the glass so your design is permanent and will not fade over time. We ensure that each order is clear and well manufactured for the cleanest and most high-quality engraving. No cheap or hobby engraving... only high quality, professional level work.

Shipping

On average it takes 3 to 4 days to process and engrave your glassware plus 3 days to a week to ship depending on your location. Please let us know if you need the glass sooner and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

Cancellation and Returns

We accept cancellations up to 6 hours after you place your order. Unfortunately we do not accept returns due to customization, however if there is something wrong with your order please do not hesitate to contact us so we may correct it for you.
