Cancellation and Returns...
We accept cancellations up to 6 hours after you place your order. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns due to customization and engraved to order process, however if there is something wrong with your order, please do not hesitate to contact us so we may correct it for you.

Each tumbler is carefully designed and engraved and then individually wrapped in a white gift box. The gift box is then packed in an outer box to ensure a safe delivery. However, if you are not completely satisfied for whatever reason, please contact us. We will fully REPLACE your glass and make it right!
